These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all professional engagements between clients and Porron Barahona Strategy ("the Company"), especially regarding DevOps consulting, infrastructure design, and IT advisory services. By using this website or initiating contact, you accept these Terms.

3. Services and Professional Engagement

The Company provides strategic and technical consulting services focused on improving infrastructure, automation, and system scalability. Each engagement begins with a discussion to assess client needs. Any continuation beyond this initial exchange — including deliverables such as reports, recommendations, or implementation — is subject to separate written agreement or confirmation.

No service is guaranteed free of charge unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Fees, scope, and deliverables are defined per engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides services with diligence and expertise but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Liability for indirect damage, implementation failures, or client-side misuse is excluded except in cases of proven gross negligence.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and timely information, reviewing deliverables, and approving scopes of work. Once a service scope is accepted, fees apply and refunds will not be issued due to subjective dissatisfaction.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All documentation, designs, and strategic assets remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed. A license to use is granted upon full payment for internal use only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

This site does not collect personal data directly. Scheduling tools used externally are subject to their own privacy policies. Any shared client data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

8. Amendments

These Terms may be updated without notice. The version in force at the time of a service agreement or client engagement shall apply.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
